1. Are your house plans ready-made?
Our house plans are professionally designed and ready-made for immediate purchase. However, we also offer customization services to adjust any plan according to your specific preferences and requirements. Simply contact us and let us know the changes you need.
2. How do I receive the house plans after purchase?
Once your payment is completed, the house plans are available for instant download. You will receive an email with a download link to your plan. You can then click on that link and it will re-direct you to your browser and allow you to download the plan and save it to your device. Alternatively, you will see a download link on the checkout page once you complete a purchase. You can also tap on that link and download your plan instantly. The plans come in PDF format, which can be opened using any PDF viewer such as WPS Office, Adobe Reader, or similar applications. If a hardcopy is needed for site work, it can be easily printed from the PDF file.
3. Do i need to create an account to purchase a plan?
No, you don’t need to create an account to purchase a plan. Our website creates an account for you automatically once you checkout after a purchase. Your account login details will be sent to your email alongside the link to download your purchased house plan. You will be provided with your username and allowed to choose your password that you will use to log into your account where you will view your order details and activity.
4. What payment methods do you accept
We accept secure payments via: M-Pesa, Debit and Credit Cards and PayPal.
5. How does pay with M-pesa or card option work?
To pay with mpesa:
- Select the plan you want to buy and add it to the cart then select ”view cart.”
- You will be redirected to the cart page where you will see the product details and the totals of all the products you’ve added to the cart.
- Select, ”proceed to checkout.” and you will be redirected to the checkout page.
- On the checkout page, you will be required to fill in the billing details. That’s your names, email address and phone number. Your email address is where the link to download your plan and the account login credentials will be sent. make sure its a working email.
- Once done, choose the ”pay with m-pesa or card option” and select ”place order.”
- A popup will appear with two payment options, card and m-pesa. select the m-pesa option.
- You will be asked to enter your m-pesa number that you would like to use for payment. Enter the m-pesa number and select pay.
- Wait a little bit for it to load and you will receive a prompt on your phone to enter your m-pesa pin and complete the payment.
- Once the payment is successful, you will be redirected back to the checkout page where you will see a notification saying, ”Thank you. Your order has been received.” You will also see your order details such as the order number and billing details. You can now download your plan here under the downloads section or alternatively, go to your email and you will see that you’ve received two mails. one with the download link to your plan and the other email with your account login credentials.
6. How does pay with paypal option work?
To pay with Paypal;
- Select the plan you want to buy and add it to the cart then select ”view cart.”
- You will be redirected to the cart page where you will see the product details and the totals of all the products you’ve added to the cart.
- Select, ”proceed to checkout.” and you will be redirected to the checkout page.
- On the checkout page, you will be required to fill in the billing details. That’s your names, email address and phone number. Your email address is where the link to download your plan and the account login credentials will be sent. make sure its a working email.
- Once done, choose the Paypal option and click the paypal button below.
- A popup will appear asking you to input your paypal email. After typing in your paypal email, click next and you will be asked to input your paypal password which you will type and select ”log in”.
- Paypal will then load and you will be asked to pay with your paypal balance or visa. Select one method and click ”complete purchase”
- Once the payment is successful, you will be redirected back to the checkout page where you will see a notification saying, ”Thank you. Your order has been received.” You will also see your order details such as the order number and billing details. You can now download your plan here under the downloads section or alternatively, go to your email and you will see that you’ve received two mails. one with the download link to your plan and the other email with your account login credentials.
7. What happens when i've forgotten the password to my account?
If you’ve forgotten the password to log into your account, you can easily set a new password.
- On the login popup, click on ”forgot password?”
- You will be asked to input your email. After inputing your email, proceed and select ”get new password”
- You will receive a notification to check your mail box. There, you will find an email with a link to reset your password. You can then reset your password and use it for future logins.
8. Are the house plans professionally designed?
Yes. All our house plans are designed by qualified professionals and are ready to be used for real construction projects.
9. Can you design a house plan from scratch?
Yes, we do design house plans from scratch. The client can share a layout, sketch or idea from which they want the house plan designed and we will get to work on it according to their instructions.
10. Is there an extra cost for modifications?
Yes, plan modifications come at an additional cost. The final price depends on the scope of the changes and is agreed upon between you and the designer before work begins.
11. Do you provide building cost estimates?
Yes, we offer cost estimates to help you plan your construction budget more accurately.
12. Do you offer construction services?
Yes. In addition to selling house plans, we also offer building services for clients who would like professional assistance with construction.
