2. Digital Products.
All products sold on this website are digital architectural house plans provided in PDF format.
Once payment has been successfully completed through our secure checkout system, customers will receive immediate access to download their purchased files.
3. Ownership and Usage Rights.
Nyumba Designs retains intellectual property protection over all designs displayed on this website.
Upon successful purchase, customers obtain full ownership of the purchased house plan.
Customers are permitted to use the plan for personal or commercial construction projects and build the design multiple times if desired.
However, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Copying, reproducing, or redistributing the plans.
- Reselling or sharing the plans with third parties.
- Uploading the plans to other websites or marketplaces.
- Claiming the designs as your own work.
4. Customization and Modifications.
We offer customization services for clients who would like to adjust or modify a purchased house plan.
Modifications may include changes to layout, room sizes, elevations, or other architectural features.
Important notes:
- Modification requests are handled directly by our professional design team.
- Modification costs are separate from the original plan purchase.
- Pricing for modifications will be agreed upon with the client before work begins.
- The time required for modifications depends on the complexity of the requested changes.
5. Payments.
Payments for house plans are processed securely. All purchases are one-time payments, we do not operate any subscription services.
We accept the following payment methods:

- Debit and Credit Cards.
6. Refund Policy.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
If a customer is not fully satisfied with a purchased design, we recommend using our customization services to modify the plan according to the client’s preferences.
